These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sparta's website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by law to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Sparta helps you plan and discover athletic sessions and connect with others. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use if we offer a support channel. You may delete your account where the product allows it; some information may persist as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Violate law or infringe others' rights;
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or spam users;
• Upload malware, probe or breach security, or interfere with the Services;
• Scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our systems without permission; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Physical activity involves inherent risk. You are solely responsible for your health, preparation, and decisions when meeting others or using routes and locations. Sparta does not provide medical advice. Consult a professional if unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you.

Features that use location depend on your device settings and third-party technologies (for example maps). Sign in with Apple is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Sparta a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, use, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARTA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100), IF APPLICABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify Sparta and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for Sparta, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
